It's hard to believe it's the last day of the school year! We have loved having all your children this year and are so proud of the growth they've made! Just a reminder that today is an early release day and students get out at 2:30 pm. We hope you have a wonderful summer and if you need anything or have any questions, remember our offices will be open Monday through Thursday, 8 - 2, and closed on Fridays.

Tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day and since our school colors are already green, it's an easy day to dress up for! The Nathan Hale class that wears the most SCW green Oiler shirts/sweatshirts will get a special treat from the leprechaun!
It is NOT a dress down day, so students should be in regular pants and uniformity of color.

The sun finally came out and it warmed up to almost 30 today so we were able to go outside for recess! Unfortunately, we had several students who chose not to wear winter coats today who had to stay in. While 30 degrees is warm enough to be outside to play, it's not warm enough if students are not wearing appropriate jackets. Please make sure students are wearing their winter coats to school. If the real feel temperature is under 45, students must have a winter jacket to go outside.
Thanks to donations from both Baran Funeral Home and Brian Andreshak and his Share the Warmth Coat Drive, all students who needed a winter coat were able to get one before the cold weather came in December. If anyone still needs one, we still have a few available so reach out to the Nathan Hale Office.

Good evening! Just a reminder that tomorrow is a Dress Down Day for ALL Nathan Hale students for Socktober. Thank you to everyone who donated!

Good evening! I’ve had a few parents ask about the WMS/WHS post regarding costumes and dress down tomorrow. That is NOT for NH. We will be celebrating next Friday with a whole school dress down day. We do have some classes tomorrow that earned a dress down day for monthly attendance winners. Ms. Washington, Ms. Flores, Mrs. Cook, Ms. Bass, Mrs. Showalter, and Mrs. Yurechko DO have a dress down day tomorrow. We wanted to make sure everyone got to do the dress down as a whole school for the Socktober so that is why ours will be next Friday.
Also, Nathan Hale brought in the most pairs of socks of all three schools, with almost 275 pairs! They earned a special treat that they will also enjoy next week! Thank you to everyone who donated!
